Prices and ordering
The container price comes first, with delivery to your address added under it. Tax is calculated at checkout.
What does "delivered price" include?
It includes the selected container and tilt-bed delivery to the disclosed address and site conditions. The container price is shown first, with delivery added under it. Taxes, permits, special site work, redelivery, waiting time, escorts, or services not shown are separate when applicable.
Why do you need my ZIP code?
Container availability and delivery cost are local. Your ZIP code lets us match suitable inventory and price the container and its delivery to you.
Will I receive the exact container pictured?
Only when the listing says Exact Container and you select that unit. Otherwise photos represent the acceptable condition range.
Can I choose the color?
Only when verified colors are shown as selectable for your market. Used-container colors vary unless exact-unit selection is available.
Cancellation, refund and redelivery terms are not summarized here. They are shown in full at checkout, before you pay.
Condition and quality
We sell two condition standards: new one-trip and cargo worthy used. Nothing below cargo worthy.
What is cargo-worthy?
A condition assessment for cargo transport. Export or ocean use may also require current CSC eligibility and carrier acceptance. Tell us before purchase if the container will ship cargo.
What is a one-trip container?
A recently manufactured container used for one cargo trip or comparable repositioning. It can still have minor scratches, dents, marks, or handling wear.
Are container floors treated?
Floor materials and treatments vary by age and manufacturer. Do not assume suitability for food, animals, living space, or sensitive contents without verifying the exact specification and completing appropriate remediation.
What is condensation?
Condensation forms when moisture in the air meets cooler surfaces. It is not necessarily an exterior leak. Ventilation, moisture control, insulation, placement, and stored contents affect condensation.
Delivery and your site
Not sure your site will work? Start with the delivery requirements page.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States only. That includes Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US territory, or outside the United States.
How does delivery work?
Every order is delivered on a tilt-bed trailer that slides the container into place. The site needs a firm route, adequate width, overhead clearance, and enough straight-line space.
Can the driver place it anywhere?
No. The driver cannot lift the container over obstacles or risk unsafe access, soft ground, structures, utilities, or equipment. Placement depends on the approved accessible site.
Do I need a foundation?
Many stationary-storage installations use properly placed supports on firm, level ground, but soil, drainage, loading, duration, local code, and intended use determine the right solution. Consult a qualified local professional for permanent or occupied installations.
Do I need a permit?
Zoning, permit, HOA, setback, foundation, occupancy, fire, utility, and property restrictions vary. The buyer is responsible for confirming local requirements before delivery.
If something goes wrong
There is no account to create and no password to remember. Every order gets its own link, and that link is where to reach us about it.
What happens if there is a problem?
Document it promptly with photos and order details. MyConexBox will review the purchased condition standard, delivery record, and applicable terms and own the resolution process.
